The Guarantee:
We're so confident you’ll love "The Stage Fright Solution" that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.
There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to "The Stage Fright Solution" at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:
1. Your proof of purchase of "The Stage Fright Solution" from Rowena Caldicott.
2. Completion of the full "The Stage Fright Solution" verifiable by Rowena Caldicott.
Refund Request Deadline:
You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing "The Stage Fright Solution". For example, if you purchased "The Stage Fright Solution" on 1 March 2025, add 14 days and the date would be 14 March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 14th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.
Miscellaneous:
1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.
2. All currency references means US dollars.
3. Rowena Caldicott reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.
4. Rowena Caldicott has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.
5. Rowena Caldicott reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Rowena Caldicott to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Rowena Caldicott has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.
7. If a claim is approved, Rowena Caldicott will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
